Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing projects related to Zoho CRM, website development, and sales tools. As a project lead, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers to deliver successful projects.
  • Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Translate sales/marketing needs into actionable tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Test and validate deployments to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), guides, and release notes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews to track progress and address any concerns.
  • Suggest process improvements and automations to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in tech project coordination, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and its applications.
  • Understanding of web basics, including HTML, CMS, and WordPress/Shopify.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion.
  • Strong task management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
