Job Title: Mobile Solutions Engineer

Job Description:
  • Establish a robust mobile device management system utilizing MAM technology to ensure secure and efficient mobile device onboarding processes.
  • Implement an Android Enterprise Account for seamless app management, encompassing user administration and permissions control.
  • Deploy a compatible MDM platform for Android devices, facilitating unified management and policy enforcement via Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop streamlined device enrollment procedures, including bulk and self-service options, to simplify the onboarding process for corporate mobile devices.
  • Implement comprehensive security policies addressing encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for mobile users.
  • Provide support and training resources for end-users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • Design and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud services.
  • Offer tier 2/3 level support for escalated tickets related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment/management/imaging issues from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources during the hypercare period.
  • Support the transition of ownership and management of the Intune Endpoint platform to a new provider, recipient, or staff member.
