Architectural Design Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the creation of detailed architectural drawings and designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
  • Support architects' team in creating design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problem-solving sessions.
  • Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to gather necessary information and materials for projects.
  • Conduct site analysis and research to understand project constraints and opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
  • Support the resolution of design and construction issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in architecture and real estate development.
  • Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and design methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate development industry.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rendering and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
