We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial developments.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with our design and project teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.
  • Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
  • Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
