Job Title: Pricing Specialist – Water BU

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP) to ensure accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Formulate pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Analyze markets and competitors, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver regular pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
