Job Opportunity: Influencer Outreach Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying the right influencers for a campaign, reaching out to them, getting their commercials, negotiating the cost, and executing the campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives, considering factors such as engagement rates, audience demographics, and content relevance.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favourable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations, including pricing, deliverables, and exclusivity. Ensure all contracts and agreements are accurately documented and adhered to.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging and values. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure content meets quality standards and campaign objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the influencer outreach team and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of influencer campaigns. Facilitate communication and collaboration to optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the duration of influencer campaigns, analysing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Identify opportunities for optimization and adjustment to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements. Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering results.
