Job Description

  • Resolve technical customer queries online and onsite ensuring satisfaction.
  • Create and document standardized processes, solution flows, and best practices for cloud offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design custom cloud solutions for potential clients.
  • Stay informed on cloud trends and competitors, offering strategic insights to sales and product teams.
  • Empower sales teams to pitch cloud more effectively.
  • Represent the company as a cloud expert in customer meetings confidently.
