As a seasoned accounting leader, you will drive the success of our organization by overseeing key responsibilities in timesheet and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure seamless execution of billing processes.
  • Process timesheets and generate invoices for consultants, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Prepare monthly hours and sales reports to provide valuable insights into team performance.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and submit miscellaneous invoices for bonuses, expenses, conversion & placement fees, PTO, background checks, drug tests, etc., and record miscellaneous income/revenue in the accounting system.
  • Approve payroll & billing adjustments, credit notes, and resolve timesheet and pay-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to audit queries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Review contracts for billing, MSP fees, discounts, payment terms, and other accounting clauses to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Track contract amendments and notify relevant teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Handle billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage tenure discount communications to foster strong relationships with clients and partners.

The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide team members. In-depth understanding of US billing & payroll processes is essential, along with effective cross-functional communication and a solution-oriented mindset.
