As a key member of our Data Science team, you'll play a central role in driving end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives from conception and prototyping to large-scale deployment. You'll be responsible for strategic project leadership, stakeholder management, technical depth, advanced data solutions, innovation & research, robust model governance, and mentorship.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques, underlying mathematics, and hands-on experience with key ML frameworks. They'll possess a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and inference techniques, with expertise in hypothesis testing, simulations, and optimization methodologies.

A bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative field is required, along with 5+ years of relevant experience. The ability to drive large-scale machine learning projects end to end and deliver high business impact through data science solutions is essential.
