About the Opportunity:

Take charge of spearheading cutting-edge Generative AI initiatives using Microsoft Azure Cloud and Open AI services. As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications that deliver real business value.

  • Architect and design the Gen AI Solution leveraging Azure Open AI Services, GPT models, and other Azure AI Capabilities.
  • Configure, Deploy & Scale systems and solutions in Azure Cloud.
  • Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, fine-tune LLMs, and integrate vector databases.
  • Participate in full project life cycle (including requirement analysis, system design, development, and support if required).
  • Develop, maintain, and support existing Python applications and analyze and convert business requirements as needed.
  • Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and ensure that technical knowledge of all phases of application systems is maintained.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides.
  • Lead the team of AI engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to drive project success.
  • You will be the key lead in reporting on project status and product development status to leadership.
  • Collaborate with our SME to define and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • 9+ years of experience in Python Programming with at least 3 years of experience in Generative AI applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Azure Open AI, Azure Functions, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.).
  • Expertise in using Open AI APIs (Chat GPT, GPT-4, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, Java Script/Type Script, or similar languages used in AI application development.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Gen AI models, algorithms, and techniques - Open AI, LLa MA, Claude, Palm, LLMs, how to deploy them on cloud/on-premises and use APIs to build Industry solutions.
  • Experienced in implementing and optimizing generative models for various applications such as code generation, text generation, image synthesis, and data augmentation.
  • Experienced in using frameworks like Lang Chain, Llamaindex, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector stores.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dev Ops practices.
  • VSCode extension development experience will be a plus.
  • Proven experience leading AI/ML teams, with a track record of delivering projects and mentoring team members will be an added advantage.
