Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, modern architectures. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of defining architecture roadmaps, implementing cloud-native and event-driven solutions, and leading global teams to successful product deliveries. This role demands hands-on expertise in Python frameworks , deep knowledge of Azure cloud services , and exposure to emerging technologies like Generative AI and RAG workflows .

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
• Drive architecture discussions around microservices, event-driven systems, REST APIs, and API governance .
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, providing technical leadership and direction.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) when required.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging Azure cloud technologies and related services.
• Evaluate and integrate GenAI, RAG workflows, vector databases, and search solutions into enterprise systems.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Contribute to frontend discussions with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 , and modern UI practices.
• Stay updated with evolving technologies and rapidly adapt architectural strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure mandatory) .
• Expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience in microservices, event-driven patterns, REST APIs, and API governance .
• Exposure to Generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases .
• Strong communication and technical leadership, with proven success in global organizations .
• Hands-on experience in solution delivery, not just strategy.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5) .
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex challenges.
• Team-oriented with a mentoring attitude.

Good to Have:

• Azure certification (AZ-304 or AZ-305) .
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.) .
