Senior Production Manager

As a seasoned production manager, you will oversee daily operations in manufacturing and packaging. Your primary objective will be to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include increasing production capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.

You will lead by example in regulatory environments such as US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa, and PICs, leveraging your leadership experience to drive results.

To achieve these goals, you will develop and implement systems and processes to track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets.

Additionally, you will ensure that production personnel are properly trained for their roles and maintain requisite spares for uninterrupted production.

  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in injectable and solid dose manufacturing, planning, and operation management is required.
  • Proven knowledge of production optimization, resource management, and quality and regulatory domains is essential.
  • Adequate knowledge of product, process, and equipment is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CAPA implementation, process validation, cleaning, and equipment validation is highly desirable.
