Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions.

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management modules.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Blue Yonder applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning processes and Blue Yonder modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration and Reports.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management).
  • Familiar with Moca commands.
  • Proficient in reading/writing SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Blue Yonder certification(s).
  • Experience with Data Access Service (DAS) and BI/reporting tools.
