Key Accountabilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.* Conduct regular inspections and assessments of customer equipment, identifying potential issues and making recommendations for improvement.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of diagnostic imaging solutions.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences and adapting our services to meet those needs.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.* Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of new products and services and driving process improvements across the organization.* Contribute to the growth and development of your team, mentoring and guiding junior specialists.
Requirements
* Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.* 4+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging solutions or related field.* Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems and equipment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Familiarity with GE HealthCare's systems and processes.
