Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Applications Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for Ariba applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage incidents, changes, and projects related to the application, applying strict controls and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain overall performance of the application, responsible for integrity of production environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve application functionality, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for vendors and users, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Administer SAP Ariba configuration tables, approval flow setups, and data.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Ariba applications, including configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
