Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
SAP Ariba Application Developer
with strong expertise in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet complex business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of
SAP Ariba
and its integration with enterprise applications, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    in SAP Ariba, providing technical leadership and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
  • Lead and manage team activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
  • Take ownership of
    team decisions
    and provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
  • Drive and contribute to
    key decision-making processes
    across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct
    knowledge-sharing sessions
    to strengthen team capabilities and foster continuous learning.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality application features.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications to ensure
    performance and usability.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience and proficiency in
    SAP Ariba
    (minimum 5 years).
  • Deep understanding of
    application development methodologies
    .
  • Experience in
    integrating SAP Ariba with other enterprise applications
    .

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to
    SAP S/4HANA
    and its integration with SAP Ariba.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile development practices
    and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
