About Solar Asset Performance Analyst

This role is part of a fast-growing renewable energy company driving innovation in solar asset management.

As a Solar Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of solar PV assets.

Your insights will drive actionable recommendations to enhance generation efficiency, minimize downtime, and support data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor the performance of solar plants across multiple locations through our platform using SCADA, IoT dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of energy yield, CUF (Capacity Utilization Factor), PR (Performance Ratio), inverter efficiency, and grid availability.
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with field teams to implement performance improvement measures and track their effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering disciplines. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in solar performance analysis, renewable energy analytics, or similar roles.
  • Technical skills: knowledge of solar PV technology, SCADA systems, and asset management platforms; proficiency in MS Excel, data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/R basics preferred).
