Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to drive revenue growth from the existing global customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of IFS Applications and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing account development opportunities.
  • Achieve annual sales and install base growth targets while contributing to account expansion across geographies.
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client engagement and measurable value realization.
  • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring risk diversification across accounts and geographies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify and drive install base growth opportunities.
  • Global acumen and comfort operating across diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Relationship building and skilled in managing and expanding long-term client relationships.
  • Collaboration and strong coordination with cross-functional and partner teams.
  • Consultative selling and ability to align ERP solutions with customer business needs.

Our ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in similar roles and at least 5 years of direct ERP sales experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, Microsoft).
