Job Description

The Render Optimization Specialist is responsible for overseeing the rendering workflow across multiple DCC applications. This role ensures high-quality visual effects and lighting shots are rendered efficiently.

  • Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot rendering workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to maintain rendering performance and resolve technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, Houdini, 3ds Max.
  • Proficiency in render engines like Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, RenderMan, Cycles, Karma.
  • Strong understanding of rendering pipelines, shading, lighting, and AOV/pass setup.
  • Experience with render farm management and proficiency in Python scripting.
