Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, with the ability to create high-quality architectural presentations, detailed construction drawings, and 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Concept Development: Develop and present high-quality design concepts, considering factors such as functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Visualization and Presentation: Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs, effectively communicating design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Innovation and Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools, leveraging them to enhance design capabilities and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Revit.
  • AI Knowledge and Tools: Familiarity with generative design and conceptualization tools, such as ARCHITEChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, and Finch 3D.
  • Rendering and Visualization: Skilled in rendering and visualization software, including Veras, Rendair, and D5 Render.
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
