Job Title: Nursing Tutor

Nursing tutors play a vital role in disseminating life skills and motivation to students, while also providing them with relevant technical knowledge.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Operation Theatre concepts, including anesthesia, CPR, pre/intra/post-surgery care, surgical procedures, instruments, and nursing protocols.
  • Conduct evaluations, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to academic timelines and structured learning modules.
  • Student Engagement & Mentorship:
  • Inspire and motivate students through seminars, group sessions, and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide 1:1 guidance and support to students on academic, career, and personal concerns.
  • Act as a coach and mentor, fostering life skills, discipline, and confidence in learners.
  • Encourage continuous learning by engaging students beyond classroom teaching.
  • Collaboration & Contribution:
  • Coordinate with internal teams for program success.
  • Document student progress and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance student experience and institutional growth.
  • Requirements:
  • Passionate about teaching and making a difference in the lives of underprivileged students.
  • Able to work well in a team and have a strong customer focus.
  • Engage, educate, and entertain students through various methods.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Operation Theatre or Nursing, and have at least one year of experience in Operation Theatre/Nursing.
