**Job Summary**:
Synapse Child Development Centre is expanding its team of healthcare professionals and is currently seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join our facilities in Nagpur. The role requires professionals who are dedicated to improving patients' abilities to perform everyday activities and enhancing their quality of life through therapeutic interventions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits.
- Provide therapy to patients for speech, voice, language, and fluency impairments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with family members and caregivers, providing them with the necessary guidance and strategies to support patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Maharashtra.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, as we provide opportunities for learning and professional growth.
- Proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of speech and communication disorders.
- Knowledge of speech therapy tools, techniques, and equipment.
