Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision (CV). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have experience in applying advanced Deep Learning techniques to real-world problems. They should be proficient in programming languages such as Python and R, and have hands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement end-to-end data science solutions using structured and unstructured data. They should be able to extract insights from data, create predictive models, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop statistical models and apply appropriate techniques such as Exploratory Analysis, Regression, and Association.
  2. Create structured forms of data and pull tangible insights from data.
  3. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data science solutions using structured and unstructured data.
  4. Collaborate with the team to improve the effectiveness of computational models through the use of data and feedback from stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML projects.
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, MLLMs), and an understanding of multi-modal neural networks and Transformer architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL-based and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Experience with statistical tools and platforms like WEKA, KNIME, Power BI, etc.
  • Working experience with Big Data technologies – HDFS, Spark, Hive, Sqoop, MapReduce.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – any hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
