Cloud Native Staff Engineer

Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Cloud Native Staff Engineer to join our innovative software engineering team. As a pivotal member, you will design, build, and deliver cutting-edge platforms and applications that shape the future of digital healthcare.

  • Demonstrate ownership and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Lead the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
  • Deliver high-quality features and tools aligned with architecture and coding standards.
  • Ensure production-ready solutions for various product initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on software development.
  • Proficiency in frontend development; experience with JavaScript and React is required.
  • Strong background in API design and development; Node JS experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in any cloud environment; AWS experience is preferred.
  • Ability to implement standards and resolve build issues.
  • Solid understanding of databases; experience with PostgreSQL is required.
  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Pull Request reviews and guiding fellow engineers on Code quality.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with developer portals is a plus
