Senior Full Stack Developer & AWS Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer with strong AWS expertise to lead the technology foundation of our company. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on development expertise, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership skills to establish scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer to join our team and take on a leadership role. As a Senior Full Stack Developer & AWS Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. You will also be responsible for architecting scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices, developing and optimizing frontend and backend applications, setting up and managing databases, and establishing coding standards and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full-stack applications.
  • Architect scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  • Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentor & guide a growing team of developers (3–7 members initially).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Full stack development experience for both web and mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of React Native, React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
  • Experience with Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Microservices architecture design expertise.
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk.
  • Certification or extensive experience in AWS services.
  • CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS).
