We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Designer to join our in-house design team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed MEP drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using Autodesk Revit.

Key responsibilities include developing accurate MEP layout drawings, collaborating with architectural and structural teams, preparing BOQs for MEP services, supporting tendering processes, revising and updating models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions, conducting regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants, performing quantity take-offs, supporting procurement processes, and conducting site visits for design validation and MEP inspections.

Requirements include a Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields, 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects, proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination, strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems, experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering, excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
