The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, team management expertise, data handling knowledge, and operational rigor.
- Forecast monthly supply onboardings and plan manpower requirements based on historical data and seasonal trends
- Assign leads efficiently for quick onboarding and follow-up on potential partners
- Utilize surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points while onboarding
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape our logistics vision and make a lasting impact.
