Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Manager with 3–8 years of experience in the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and effective product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized solutions.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows; familiarity with ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, and IoT systems; proficiency in BI and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
