Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to guarantee product excellence.
- Develop, maintain and optimize test cases, plans, and scripts to ensure seamless execution.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate product stability and efficacy.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects using tools like JIRA or TestRail with precision and speed.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to synchronize on requirements, fixes, and best practices.
- Work in conjunction with CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation testing and contribute to overall efficiency.
- Validate networking-related features and ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
- Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and propose improvements to elevate the quality of our products.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential for this role.
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products, with a strong focus on manual testing, bug tracking, and agile methodologies.
- Proficient understanding of APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter, as well as basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, and Appium is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP) and exposure to CI/CD pipelines are also advantageous.
