Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review complex U.S. tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for savings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
  • Oversee tax processes by coordinating daily interactions, reviewing work product, and driving delivery of services.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, manage others, and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit exceptional client relationship management and service skills.
  • BUILD working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in individual taxation with a focus on high net worth clients.
  • Qualification: CA, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM, B.com, BBA.
  • Strong knowledge of US income tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and train staff on tax procedures and best practices.
  • Exercise initiative and sound judgment when resolving complex tax issues.
  • Be responsive to clients' needs and concerns.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expert in tax research software.
