Lead Social Media Growth

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Growth Lead to drive brand visibility, community reach, and measurable revenue via social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 90-day growth roadmaps to achieve revenue goals, follower milestones, and brand positioning across all brands.
  • Build engaging campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments, and run performance-driven funnels from social to landing pages to conversions.
  • Manage and mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with revenue, brand, and employer branding objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media channels.
  • Strong expertise in paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collaborations, affiliate tie-ins) and analytical skills in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio.
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills, with prior experience in team building and agency management.
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
