Key Infor GHR Techno/Functional Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to fulfill a critical role in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Infor Global HR/Lawson solutions, including requirement gathering, business analysis, system configuration, integration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time. They should possess experience with Infor Global HR/Lawson, including modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation, and other related systems.

The responsibilities of the role include designing and implementing Infor Global HR/Lawson solutions, configuring and integrating Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules, troubleshooting configuration errors, database issues, job failures, extensions, and interfaces, and utilizing Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) for added efficiency.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson, a Bachelor's Degree, and Master's in human resource management is desirable. Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, and experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Payroll or Infor Talent Management modules: Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation is also necessary.
