Techno-Functional Solutions Specialist

Job Title:
A Techno-Functional Consultant is needed to work with Infor XA to provide technical solutions. The role involves translating functional specifications into design, development, and documentation of technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Synon code development tool, Control Language, OS/400 commands, RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts, and other AS/400 utilities.
Key responsibilities include supporting ERP XA 9.2 user queries/issues across all ERP XA modules, managing daily application health, developing & testing customizations, and suggesting corrections/improvements. The candidate should also have expertise with SQL queries and performance fine-tuning.
Additional requirements include good hands-on knowledge of IDF framework, COM, Inventory management, Purchasing, Production monitoring and control, Master scheduling, MRP, Ecommerce, supply chain, and manufacturing execution. Knowledge of Infor IFM AP/AR/GL is a plus, as is implementation experience. The candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and customer interaction skills.
