Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

The position of Senior Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion by ensuring seamless sourcing, procurement, and product development processes. A highly motivated professional with strong leadership skills is required to analyze sales data, identify fashion trends, and develop innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the entire NPD + reordering cycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams to source high-quality raw materials and trims.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product development and innovation.
  • Negotiate best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring compliance with sustainability goals.
Sourcing & Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors that align with our sustainable practices and values.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to drive cost optimization and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to research and implement new textile technologies that reduce environmental impact.
Product Development & Innovation:
  • Manage the sampling cycle against set timelines to ensure readiness for shoots and final production.
  • Research and implement new textile technologies that enhance product quality and sustainability.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Operational Excellence:
  • Drive process improvements through data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing cycle – from vendor identification to product delivery.
  • Set KPIs for vendor performance (quality, timeliness, compliance) and ensure regular reviews.
Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead the sourcing team with a focus on speed, innovation, and execution excellence.
  • Build and leverage a strong vendor network to scale business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business outcomes and meet company objectives.
