Job Description

Welcome to this exciting opportunity to join our team as a seasoned JDA WMS expert. We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive knowledge in implementing and configuring JDA Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for discrete operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in solution design workshops, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Approval of solution designs and validation of configured solutions to guarantee seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Validation of test concepts/scenarios, providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall testing process.
  • Leverage expertise as the JDA WMS solution expert for transformational projects/programs, driving strategic decisions and delivering high-quality results.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, facilitating global or regional program implementations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide input to the global technology strategy, serving on the governance board to ensure informed decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive-level audiences, showcasing industry best practices and process methodologies.
  • Demonstrate and facilitate design, develop, and integration discussions of product functionality and architecture, highlighting data and process flows between JDA solutions.
  • Lead proactive searches for areas of process improvement, ensuring connectivity with customers and driving business growth.
  • Interact with business, service delivery, and service providers in decision-making processes regarding new solutions.
  • Proactively involve yourself in the global technology growth and improvement in processes and service delivery, converting business requirements into technical terms for the development team.
  • Conduct or lead business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or logistics.
  • 7+ years of experience in JDA WMS solution (discrete)
  • Strong domain knowledge in JDA WMS solution with an understanding of how the JDA solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.
  • Extensive experience in constructing an overall architecture for current and future business needs.
  • Strong expertise in MOCA components, MTF, DDA/page builder, reports, and labels.
  • Strong experience in integrating JDA WMS with various host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
  • Experience in developing, modifying interfaces, tracing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with support tools, project management, and global SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques using middleware like JDA Connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and good experience in requirement analysis and design.
  • Experience of working in fast-paced dynamic environments, including multiple vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Must exude a positive, can-do attitude and inclination for process improvements.
