Job Title: Warehouse Management System Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Warehouse Management System (WMS) expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring WMS solutions, with a strong focus on discrete implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading solution design workshops, approving solution designs, and validating configured solutions. Additionally, they will leverage their expertise to deliver high-level assessments and strategic recommendations to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in solution design workshops
  • Approval of solution designs and validation of configured solutions
  • Leveraging expertise to deliver high-level assessments and strategic recommendations
  • Providing input to the global technology strategy and governance board
  • Delivering presentations to user, management, and executive level audiences
  • Demonstrating and facilitating design, development, and integration discussions
  • Leading proactive searches for process improvements and ensuring connectivity with customers
  • Interacting with business, service delivery, and service providers in decision-making processes
  • Proactive involvement in global technology growth and improvement
  • Conducting and leading business process analysis or design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or logistics
  • 7+ years of experience in JDA WMS solution (discrete)
  • Strong domain knowledge in JDA WMS solution and understanding of configuration and delivery
  • Extensive experience in constructing overall architecture for current and future business needs
  • Strong expertise in MOCA components, MTF, DDA/page builder, reports, and labels
  • Strong experience in integration of JDA WMS with various host and destination systems
  • Experience in developing, modifying interfaces, tracing, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of integration techniques using middleware like JDA connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and requirement analysis and design
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and inclination for process improvements
