Warehouse Management Specialist

This position involves overseeing the design, configuration, and execution of warehouse management systems for various global locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP WM/LE technologies and be able to work collaboratively with peers in this field.

  • Capture and review current Merck Warehouse Processes
  • Design, build, and develop SAP WM/LE ecosystem to support supply chain logistics execution
  • Co-ordinate with Merck Warehouse Managers across the globe

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 7+ years of experience in warehouse management and execution functions in an environment supporting SAP eco-system. A good understanding of life science business is also desirable.

The role requires expertise in SAP RF solutions, handling RICEFW, and good knowledge in ALE/IDocs. Additionally, the candidate should be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of IT Organization and be productive in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 6 years of working on warehouse operations running on SAP WM/MM
  • Experience of working on an SAP WM and/or SAP LE system
  • Tactical thinking and ability to execute successfully
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
