Job Description

As an Application Development and Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading day-to-day activities in support operations across multiple processes focused on Warehouse Technology solutions, including Manhattan Integration Framework and Manhattan Active WM, Mobile Applications.

The successful candidate will foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoption. You will provide mentorship and training to team members on domain knowledge, configuration standards, and advanced technology solutions.

You will monitor service management progress and ensure alignment with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    •Monitor service management progress and ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Functional Expertise:
    •Strong understanding of warehouse management business process and platforms and applications.
    •Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
    •Knowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
    •Excellent technology knowledge in Manhattan warehouse management enterprise applications.
    •Experience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Warehouse Management Application experience, Manhattan Active or WMOS preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT and 5 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan enterprise applications.
  • 3-5 years of experience of successful production support, testing, deployment, and validation in a corporate environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, Postman.
  • Familiarity with managing/solutioning applications in GCP Cloud.
  • Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams.
