Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure for data collection, storage, processing, and analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest data from various sources into our data warehouse.
  • CLOUD EXPERTISE: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including Lambda, DMS, and Glue.
  • Data Warehousing Expertise: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, with practical experience using Snowflake.
  • Stored Procedure Optimization: Developing and optimizing Snowflake stored procedures to implement complex business logic and data transformations.
  • Scheduled Workflows Management: Managing and monitoring scheduled data workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Project Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining robust data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of all delivered datasets and reports.
  • Data Delivery: Delivering data sets to other AWS accounts and supporting the creation of Power BI reports.

Requirements include:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL scripting.
  • Python Skills: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project documentation.
  • Data Quality Best Practices: Familiarity with data quality best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
