Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading moderately complex initiatives and delivering results within technical domain environments.

About this Role:



As a key member of our software engineering team, you will contribute to large-scale planning of strategies and lead the design, code, test, debug, and documentation of projects and programs associated with technology domains. You will also participate in review and analysis of complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
  2. Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies.
  3. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domains.
  4. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives.
  5. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
  6. Develop tools and utilities for applications and develop extensible features using RAD/ODT tools.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong knowledge of payments processing and related technologies such as CBPR+, TARGET2, IACH, and SEPA.
  • Technical and/or functional knowledge in banking modules such as Banking Base, International Payments, Term Deposit, Foreign Exchange, and Money Markets.
  • Experience in design and development in MVC architecture using Spring Boot, web services, APIGEE, KAFKA, and other relevant technologies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to write clear, concise design documentation and articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
