Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer I. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in functional programming languages such as Java and C++. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in operations/production support role
  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
  • Experience or knowledge in tools such as Service Now, Postman, Splunk/Dynatrace, SQL Developer, Rally, JAVA, WebServices, AI Tools, Github Copilot, M365, PR Code Review, Story Craft, etc.
