Key Responsibilities

Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC, Change of Usage Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, Trade license.

  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
Government & External Liaison

Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers.

  • Collaborate with ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and authorities.
Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, verify, and submit documents for regulatory applications, Maintain compliance registers for each clinic location, Handle audits and queries from authorities.

  • Ensure adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
  • Develop and implement documentation procedures.
Operational Support

Closely work with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.

  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
  • Monitor and address operational risks.
