Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital initiatives across our platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry and strong technical skills.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of scalable technology solutions. Key skills include proficiency in Python, SQL, and HTML.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of insurance applications and data solutions using Python, SQL, and HTML.
  • Collaborate with business teams to design and implement digital workflows and automation in insurance operations.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights that improve underwriting, pricing, claims handling, and customer engagement.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, scripts, and APIs for integration with internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security regulations within the insurance industry.
  • Mentor junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry (life, P&C, health, or specialty insurance).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and HTML.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes including policy administration, claims, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
