About the Role

F336 Deutsche India Private Limited, Jaipur Branch is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Reference Data Associate. This role is a key part of our Data Quality Operations team within Instrument Reference Data Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and/or manage various exception management functions across data quality functions for all asset classes, across regions (APAC/EMEA/NY)
  • Respond to consumer queries including analysing the issues raised and recommending remediation to address the issues
  • Ensure accurate, timely and completeness of reporting
  • Perform root cause analysis of exceptions with investigation & appropriate escalation of any significant issues found to senior management to ensure data quality standards are maintained
  • Project remediation tasks including participating and hosting in daily conference calls which include working groups and business updates globally
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to propose developments to the current architecture in order to drive improved STP and better data quality
  • Work closely with our technology development teams to design system solutions, the aim to automate as much of the exceptions process as possible and improve accuracy, timeliness and coverage
  • Manage the issue resolution on projects to ensure accurate & timely deliver
  • Draft and amend project support documents such as business requirements documents, functional specification documents, support operating models and test plans
  • User acceptance testing for change request deployment

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Instrument Reference Data domain, analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, and the ability to learn and understand multiple areas of the business.
