Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Operations leader to oversee and optimize day-to-day activities, drive strategic planning, and ensure seamless execution across our organization.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operations management principles, with a proven track record of achieving results in fast-paced environments.

Suitable candidates should hold a PhD in Life Science or a related field, accompanied by 8-12 years of experience in R&D management, product development, lab operations, procurement, inventory, and vendor management.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful applicant will demonstrate excellent scientific writing skills and proficiency in import/export processes.

This senior-level position reports directly to the cofounders, and the team member responsible for this role will lead a team of four employees from the Operations department.
