Financial Operations Specialist

This role will focus on managing banking and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual willing to take on various tasks and possess good problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with banks for financial transactions
  • Assisting with daily cash management across multiple bank accounts
  • Preparing daily MIS reports on liquidity
  • Obtaining necessary certifications
  • Preparation of weekly payment summaries
  • Review of employee claims
  • Credit card management
  • Licenses procurement
  • Preparing monthly payment reports for accounting
  • Assisting with the execution of financing deals
  • Assistance in Daily Portfolio Transfers, Investor Repayments, EMI Repayments.
  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts
  • Preparing and recording journal entries using accounting software to support a timely month-end close.
  • Assisting with timely payment of all statutory dues
  • Collaborating with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contracts management
  • Assisting the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly cash projections
  • Assisting with annual external audit, completing requested materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in handling financial transactions
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get hands dirty
  • Good understanding of Excel and data analysis
