Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify requirements and raise questions if unclear.">
  • Organize queries and updates for team clarity.">
  • Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios.">
  • Manage test data (POS setups, menu, kiosk flows, integrations).">
  • Conduct manual and automation testing – system, integration, regression.">
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, menu modules.">
  • Report bugs, track them, resolve until completion.">
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to discuss issues and updates.">
  • Work closely with developers to meet acceptance criteria.">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • 3+ years in Software Testing / QA.">
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.">
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).">
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar).">
  • Automation testing (Selenium-Java or similar tools).">
  • Familiar with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.">
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.">
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).">
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.">
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, task ownership.">
