Reliability Engineering Specialist

This is a highly demanding role that requires the ability to own availability, latency, and performance for our SaaS product on Azure. As a Reliability Engineer, you will define and enforce reliability standards, lead high-impact projects, mentor engineers, and eliminate toil at scale.
The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in production ops/platform/SRE, including 5+ years on Azure. In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL is required, along with expertise in AKS, Azure core services, observability, and IaC/automation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Own availability, latency, and performance for our SaaS product on Azure.
- Define and enforce reliability standards.
- Lead high-impact projects.
- Mentor engineers.
- Eliminate toil at scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in production ops/platform/SRE.
- 5+ years of experience on Azure.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in AKS, Azure core services, observability, and IaC/automation.
