About this role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to lead content initiatives across multiple platforms, leveraging creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to drive results.

This position demands a balance of imagination, mentorship, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will develop high-quality content, supervise junior writers, analyze client briefs, formulate brand strategies, and generate new content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating impactful, engaging content for various digital platforms
  • Mentoring and motivating junior copywriting executives and interns
  • Analyzing client briefs in collaboration with the account management team
  • Formulating brand strategies, campaign execution plans, and content calendars aligned with client objectives
  • Developing original, relevant content with efficient turnaround times
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
  • Ensuring all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong copywriting expertise across advertising, digital, and modern media platforms
  • Proven ability to create impactful short- and long-form content
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency environment
