Technical Support Engineer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Support & Sales Engineer to join our sales and customer success teams. You will be the go-to expert for answering technical questions during product demos, assisting new clients with setup, and supporting customers with technical queries. In this role, you will work across presales (demo support) and technical support, driving successful client outcomes through seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of experience in technical support, implementation, pre-sales, or software support. They possess a problem-solving mindset, are curious and proactive, with excellent communication skills in English. The ability to learn new software quickly is essential, along with willingness to work in the US Shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance to sales teams during product demos.
  • Act as a technical guide to help customers understand how they can achieve their goals, not just what the software does.
  • Support sales by designing creative solutions to address customer needs.
  • Handle customer support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical queries.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in technical support, implementation, pre-sales, or software support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Willingness to work in the US Shift.
